            IEDS-4000FR Integrated E-drive System

            IEDS-4000FR is composed of three separate units: E-motor, E-inverter and reducer. Through highly integrated technical scheme, a small volume, high power, highly integrated bridge assembly product with low electromagnetic noise and excellent NVH performance is developed to meet the full-time driving requirements of front and rear drive.

            IEDS-2100FR Integrated E-drive System

            IEDS-2100FR integrated E-drive system is composed of three separate units: E-motor, E-inverter and reducer. Through highly integrated technical scheme, a small volume, high power, highly integrated bridge assembly product with low electromagnetic noise and excellent NVH performance is developed to meet the full-time driving requirements of front and rear drive.

            High Power Density E-motor

            JEE high power density drive motor type is permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is developed by professional electromagnetic, thermal, structural and NVH team. It has the advantages of high power density, high torque density, high speed operation ability, and can be applied with gear box with high transmission ratio. Over 10 years of continuous production, the cumulative supply has exceeded 200,000 sets, reliable quality, low cost.

            Mass production: CHERY EQ1, JAC iEV4, JAC iEV5, JAC iEV6E, JAC iEV6EL, etc.

            High Power Density E-inverter

            JEE high power density E-inverter is highly integrated with small volume, large capacity and high power density. The system has high integration, adequate vehicle protection measures, highly automated production, good product consistency and convenient vehicle layout.
